Apart from this forum, I also frequent the RPF for my costuming needs. Just now, I went to make an account, but the registration is blocked. Does anyone know why they do this?

They only open registration for 1 or 2 weeks at a time, it looks like. Possibly to keep spambots out or something. I just started going there recently too, looks like their last registration was in August. Just have to keep our eyes peeled for the next one, it should be posted as an announcement there.

that sort of thinking is exactly why they don't have registration open at all times.
