Why is my helmet like this?

hey guys, I just fiberglasses the helmet but haven't bondo it. Why is my helmet like. It always comes out like this. Can you tell me is it my paint or it needs bondo?

Add some supports to it before you fiberglass it, it's seriously warped. I might also look into painting tutorials.
EDIT: You took off the visor. It'll help support the rest if you leave it on during resining, and after cut if off.
