started working on my sons elite costume for nyc comic con and halloween this year . coming out well im probly going to remove the eyes and do all black eyes like a shark . we'll see . next is the chest . i have to finish the details on the helmet as well .enjoy the pics

That's Cool. What material is it made of ? Foam?

Yeap its foam . With rubber latex painted over it . I used model putty for the teeth .

That's pretty cool, you don't see many elites built, it's usually just marines and MCs. Does he see out through the mouth? I'm curious how this is going to be setup.

Just curious, how flexible are the mouth pieces? Are they rigid or do you think it might be possible to rig up some sort of elaborate mechanism so that the mouth moves as the wearer talks?

I have always been enthralled by those who endeavour to construct Sangheili costumes. Aesthetically, the foam head is incredibly detailed and well constructed. I eagerly await the development of this project with great anticipation.
