Zack Fair Shoulder Armor

im preparing my cosplay costume about Zack Fair from Final Fantasy VII, and i wonder if is possible to make his Shoulder Armor with Pepakura, if there is file about it or similar files, or there is a way to make them without it. if it is with pepakura it would be good as first try before an Halo armor.

As far as I know, there are no pepakura models for his armor. You may just have to scratch build it. Because of it's simple shape though (round) it wouldn't be too hard to make your own scratch pattern out of paper. Put enough resin and bondo and it'll turn out just fine. If you want a less toxic route, I suggest my tutorial for Sculpey and Paper Clay.
