I used wire loops to prop open the thighs while the resin was drying. Keeps the the shape mostly. Lol the camera doesnt do it justice. People think Im fat and short. *sigh* haters are gunna hate I suppose
You look fantastic... nice suit. One thing you'll learn... being called names is something that comes along with the hobby. I can't tell you all the awful things people have said to me.
That's a fine suit man! Wasn't afan of that helm type when I saw the pep files for it, but seeing it actually on someone and in motion it looks pretty good really!
Dude. That's some awesome armor. The people behind the counter acted as if seeing a suited up Spartan was a daily occurence. Is everyone in new zealand so non-chalant?

They were all very awesome the manager and all the staff wanted photo's with me atfer the had finished selling the games. I should have grabbed more footage. The escalator bit was filmed at 11:30 and the store bit was filmed at 12:05 with a large Que behind me. Everyone was awesome. Im gunna have to wear it to an expo this year.
Hi there I couldn't tell you the scale but after a quick measurement I found out my helmet is between 235-245mm high from the very top to the very bottom.
Also keep in mind once you have all your armor on you will look tank any way. And it wont look so oversize
Hope this helps
Oh..
Also I found a close up of my paint work...
Let me know how you get on.
I will be on xbl for the next 12 hours playing reach...you are all welcome to join me if your not too busy making your armor
