I took my armor for a test run last night to make sure everything went well.
Here are the results.

I might have to tweak some of the padding a bit and finish of the detail. Also the visor fogged up big time. :(

I used wire loops to prop open the thighs while the resin was drying. Keeps the the shape mostly. Lol the camera doesnt do it justice. People think Im fat and short. *sigh* haters are gunna hate I suppose

There are always people who will try and take the joy and fun out of everything, ignore them.

Your armour looks fabulous! You also seemed to have a full range of movement, well done.

How long does it take you to get it all on?

You look fantastic... nice suit. One thing you'll learn... being called names is something that comes along with the hobby. I can't tell you all the awful things people have said to me.

Your suit is great, you really did an A+ job.

Thanks for the great comments guys. I re-uploaded the vid any how. Heres the non-squashedversion of the video for all the haters out there.

That's a fine suit man! Wasn't afan of that helm type when I saw the pep files for it, but seeing it actually on someone and in motion it looks pretty good really!

Dude. That's some awesome armor. The people behind the counter acted as if seeing a suited up Spartan was a daily occurence. Is everyone in new zealand so non-chalant? :)

Really nice armor, dude! Congratulations! :)

Don't worry about names... I've been called "long necked spartan" for some reason, and "aren't you a little short for a SPARTAN?" on a social website.

They were all very awesome the manager and all the staff wanted photo's with me atfer the had finished selling the games. I should have grabbed more footage. The escalator bit was filmed at 11:30 and the store bit was filmed at 12:05 with a large Que behind me. Everyone was awesome. Im gunna have to wear it to an expo this year.

Looks Great, A fan and Anti-fog solution on the lens cleared that up for me. First time i took mine out i could only see light.

I will have to try that anti fog system. If any one wants to know how I did my paint job let me know and I'll make some sort of tutorial.

Hey your rouge is epic what scale for the helmet you use ive done three rouge so far it always comes out massive
Hi there I couldn't tell you the scale but after a quick measurement I found out my helmet is between 235-245mm high from the very top to the very bottom.
Also keep in mind once you have all your armor on you will look tank any way. And it wont look so oversize

Hope this helps :)

Oh..
Also I found a close up of my paint work...

Let me know how you get on.

I will be on xbl for the next 12 hours playing reach...you are all welcome to join me if your not too busy making your armor
