AVI or WMV to MOV

Does any one have a good WMV/AVI to MOV file converter? I recently won an iPOD and would like to put movies on it but sadly all I have is WMV and AVI files and it wont work. I would got o Google for this but I don't want to risk getting a virus. Anything would be helpfull. Thanks in advance...

I use cucusoft total video converter, it even will covert files to ipod, or zune files automatically. very easy to use too
