Header Banners for the 405th! (Member Project)

So we all know since the forums got attacked in an unfortunate series of evens, things sort have stayed the same in the forums in terms of aesthetics, so I thought it would be cool if members could make their own banners for the forum header and it could be used in transition. Like one member would have their banner up for a day then it could switch to another member. I think it would be pretty cool and could change things up a bit. I've made three so far to start things off.

Tell me what you guys think of this and maybe the mods will let us display our work on the header.

Nicely done, and I think that this would be a great thing to do, for I remember when the forums used to change... I believe there was once a April Fools Day flowers banner/theme. Anyway, try to contact a mod and you might get this through! Best of luck!

I'm using photoshop. It costs quite a bit though. I only got it because my aunt teaches CBA. I believe it's in the thousands.

Thanks for showing me this. I can't believe I missed this. I don't know if the wording in the logo is exempt, but if so, I will double check with administrators.

This is very nice, i like the last one best. The "Honor-Armor-Unity" placement there with the laser beam looks really cool, 405th should really do that, like the Google banners.

i like the idea of the change of banners but i think we should have a customise system so that each person can have whichever banner they like on. the same way we have the one at the bottom of this site where we can have 'brave' the one with the black background (the style most people have it set to' or have it default where it's just standard forum set up. that way people can have whatever banner they prefer.

That's a really good idea. I think that can be done and maybe we could make forum themes around that.
