Custom Painted ODST Helmet

I just wanted to show the 405th community the custom paint job my good friend Becky Parks was able to do on my helmet. I know its not the "traditional" paint job for ODST helmets or just HALO helmets in general, I just wanted something different, something that would help me stick out from the rest of the crowd. I asked her to paint "the Guy" from Disturbed on the front of my helmet sorta like Dutch's helmet. I just gotta say she did an incredible job painting it, and couldn't ask for anything more, its more than I could even ask for. The only thing I can do now for her is show of her work to the 405th Community. Hopefully you guys and gals like it as much as I do. She also offered him artistic skills to anyone else that would be interested in a custom paint job for their helmet, if anyone is let me know, and I will rely it on to her.

Looks really good, although I'm not sure if it is the angle or the light, but the visor does not look like it is in perfectly straight

Thanks guys, She'd be excited to see you guys like her work. to answer the questions and comments, I found the shirt at my local hot topic a week or so before the reach release on clearance for $5ish dollars. As for the visor, yeah it is a little off center, I rushed putting it together for the reach midnight sale, and just haven't got around to fixing it. I'm going to have free time now, I figure I'd fine tune my armor before Halloween if I can. Anyway, Thanks for the comments, keep them coming, she'll really enjoy hearing what you have to say.

dude... that is a beautiful piece of work right there.
i dunno, considering the custom detail on some of the ODST's armor (ok, i can only think of Dutch at the moment ) I wouldn't think this as being that far offbase for an OSDT.

thanks, i was going for a "Dutch" look on the helmet. I think its as scary for the covenant as looking in the visor of master chief

I knew somebody would do this. But that art work is far better than I thoughtI'd see. I've got a nylon heat-shrink of Joker:Arkham release, not Dark knight. Makes it even better that this is hand painted. MAjor Kudos to the artist..
