Because im not sure if I will even have a Spartan suit ready for next year my project is a, I guess you could call it a 'makeshift', marine. lol..

Camo parachute pants with a black shirt top with army boots and an M6C pistol (recasted from link's by 'coolmodels' and painted flat black). I doubt anyone will know what I am though lol..

Im also going to be doing this costume at the midnight launch..I have a "special" sign for carrying around also..lol.

how do you break into the prop building business? What did (are) you do in high school/college to prepare for this. Who are NAS' biggest prop competitors. How do you get a job like this?
