Graphic Card Fan Issue

So I have two evga geforce 7600gs 512mb graphic cards in my computer and the fans keep rattling. I got replacement cards and only a week later a fan on one of them has already gone bad, and from reading around on the internet this problem appears on all of them. I was just wondering if anyone knows how I can get rid of the rattle without going threw a whole bunch of replacements.
