green lantern suit out of eva foam

hey guys been a while but i am back .. i see foam has come a long way.. do you guys think that its possible to make his suit out of foam and leds? will you be able to get the rounded edge of muscles ?

Not sure if it would work for Green Lantern's suit... That thing is skin tight... Foam is a good method to make suits... Except when it's skin tight. (In my opinion.)

I think you better considder using latex if you really want to make a wearable green lantern.

I agree with rundown on this. Either use latex or lycra. Dye it and add muscles and led's where needed.

The suit in the movie was CGI. It will be really hard to replicate it in real life
