From what I recall......someone said the closest color is Oregano. Give that one a try.
Cool man will do. Justin from stoney props gave me some pointers on paint mixtures and colors. I don't have it quite right yet but heading in the right direction for sure. Playing with the metallic paints he recommended is really fun. Buy yes... I need to get back to business and start the shins, the files are mostly ready just need to print templates this evening. Thanks guys! From what I recall......someone said the closest color is Oregano. Give that one a try.
Thanks man that really means alot! I know this will sound silly.. but my goal is to make this suit look as real as possible to a point where people or kids may think it's real for a split second. When ever I see pictures of Justin branfuhr's suit, that's how his looks. Straight out of the game almost.I have to go back to the beginning of your thread and catch up.......but your suit is like Parkay Margarine....I can't believe its "foam".....
Thanks man! If anybody wants my files that I have spent countless hours editing to catch detail, let me know! Even after I build a piece I go back in and fine tune them.Damn fine detail sir, ladies and other people, look at that shiz, dunno if we still do the whole "master build" thing, but you would qualify!
Thanks man! I started this build in October. I'm just a super perfectionist and Im good at working with my hands. Turns out i really love this eva foam building hobby. I've always loved the games so I figured I owed chief an awesome real life suit build!Dang! You put all of us to shame! Makes me wonder how long you have been doing this, because it looks like you've got a good amount of time spent doing this. Awesome work!

Oh man... That real nutty.
It gives me the same feel-good feeling Dr. Medicine prescribed when I looked at the remastered Halo 2: Anniversary armor.
I can't wait to see it all painted such.
