Thank you 405th community for all of the great advice and tips for making the armor. Here are my first attempts (done simultaneously to be ready for Halloween). I was very happy with the outcome and enjoyed the challenges while making them.

I guess it's time to show the armor. I've spent a long time working towards this. A very long time. Long story short it's been a long journey and I finally have my spartan finished. Got stuck along the way from frustration and working on other builds and what not but hey I'm here now. Pics were taken during Anime Matsuri Hawaii. Also please don't mind the lack of anything covering my neck. I was hosting a panel and didn't want to wear something that covered my face. But I assure you I do have a hood I normally would wear with this.

Here is the finished version of my Halo 4 Hazop. There are small tweaks being done still as with all Armor. This is my first full foam build and the Helmet was modeled by Moses on Deviantart, 3d Printed and molded and cast by myself. Vacuumed formed visor. Hope you like.

OK that undersuit is flat out gorgeous!

Here is a halo5 HYDRA MRLS . I whipped up from in game images and some hours spent in CAD,
Front is 3D printed rear is a NERF CrossBolt with the front sawed off ..

I was excited to make my own parts and I learned a TON on the LOFT command in CAD.

My ODST made from EVA Foam, Helmet bought unfinished from Armory Props.
The pistols are the BoomCo dart blasters that I painted up!

Hi guys, I used cardstock and files from the pepkura files and then coated it all in a fiberglass/bondo mix to get my armor just so...

That one was a shot from outside the club....

This one ^ is from inside the club after taking first place in the competition.

Well...this is my finished ODST Armor.

it is my very first Foam built and I think it turned out ok. The helmet is by Dutch Props.

And my suit got a lovely welcome in the 405th European Reg at Dutch Comic Con

Here it is, finally!! Used a Muckle 1:1 statue for the armor, a boomco for the Needler. All eddits, mods, paint jobs and sewing work was done by me.
