Ok guys, the moment I've been waiting for.. lights and wiring are finished which makes this torso done!! Alot of thought went into the wiring to keep it clean and also power all the lights on the upper body from the same source at once. I'm really happy with how the glow of the shield emitters (lights) turned out, very game accurate especially the way they cast light compared to how they look in the game.

Yes I custom make it all..the leds are just 3mm white leds. I use phone charging cables and cut them down to length I need and solder to the leds. The connectors are jst 2 pin connectors you can get off Amazon. For the light diffusion itself, I use acrylic sheets and cut down to shape, I rough the inside with 100 grit samd paper then tint the lense on the inside blue with my airbrush. From there I hot glue the lense in place which is also part of the light diffusion. Then I hot glue the led in a position where it lights up the whole lense. Then I hot glue a eva foam cover with metal reflective tape inside to help it shine and also keep light from shining inside the suit. To pretty up the wires I hot glue them down with anchor spots then airbrush the glue spots to make them blend in to the interior of the suit. Here are some pics of the process.

What are you working on currently??

A new baby. Unfortunately putting it on pause for a few weeks like a foam armor build only results in DCFS coming and taking it away. Eventually, believe it or not, I'll have a Buzz Lightyear to my name.

That's cause Sean Anwalt 's up there on top of the mountain exuding positive energy across the country. Top of the mountain is where you get the best area of effect.

I try to stay positive here on the 405th. There's enough negativity out there already. Especially on the internet.
