Halo 4 FOTUS + Recruit armor Pre birthday build

Today's build progress: Well, I was able to finish most of the armor parts excluding waist part, glove, and boot parts. Buckle straps got delivered today. The ones I put by the shoulders fit nicely but attaching the clip parts together is tricky so there's that. Shoulder pieces I finished the other day, but I messed up a lot on those. It looks more long than wide. The tape on the armor parts right now is for spray painting. The other body parts such as forearm, thigh and shin have this spongy foam I got from an online order box for cushioning to prevent parts from sliding when I move. And more parts disconnected again after taking photos.
If get a 3d printer, I'm sure I will remake most of my builds on the parts that need fixing.
Anyway, tonight I'll fix everything then do painting tomorrow

-4 days before birthday:
Today I painted the armor parts blue. The color is called Satin peacock blue. It's the closest blue to the Estate Gold color scheme. After the blue dries comes the Metallic yellow color pallette.
The weather outside is great this week! Good to know there's no more unexpected snow days.
Tomorrow will be final painting day and photoshoot day with everything painted

A day and a half until my birthday. And now comes the last painting part with Metallic yellow color. Adding Finishing touches should take less than an hour so I have time to do photoshoots on this build. So far everything looks great!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me!!!!!!! I finished last minute painting the yellow color scheme.
Well, I had lots of fun today! Eating cake, watching movies, being with friends and family! I had a lot of fun making this build! I am very glad on how this build turned out. The color scheme Estate Gold looks very good! Blue and yellow look great together.
Next, My summer plans are to make gift builds, remake the chest piece and shoulders with pepakura then make the boot parts!

Change of plans.
After graduation I want to re make this build in the summer But except replace the recruit shoulder parts with the
Halo 4 rogue shoulder parts
And Halo 4 prefect boot parts
