this is my first time trying to post here so please excuse me if i posted in the wrong place or anything,

Anyways i am going to build a Mark vii suit for the next comic con stockholm
The suit will be 50/50 foam and 3d printed
Im using files from the armory here and the files by moe sizzlac on thingiverse
It is probably my sixth suit ive made but i want this to be the best one ive made so far so im going to give it more attention than the other ones

update: I started on the chestplate and I tried vacuum forming a visor but I used 3mm plexiglass but it was a bit too thick so i'm going to remake it with 0,5 mm petg plastic that I found online.

Thank you,I am going to vacuum form a new one with 0,5mm petg plastic and dye it with i dye poly then chrome it with some silver airbrush paint on the back
Do you have a vacuum form? That would be awesome! I've been looking at how to do that.
Thank you, I think i might do a halo infinite Ar ( using foam so i can make it attach to the back) and ive made a combat knife to sit on the chest piece
If you need help mounting the knife, I have the same model and can assist you with mounting it. Mine stays like a charm. It is completely detachable without any marks or visible attachment points, as shown in my photos without it.

Yeah i made a vacuum former with plywood, its not anything fancy but it works and it was free instead of the bought ones that are quite pricey
