I see "No permission to download" as a greyed out button, in the same spot as the orange "download". Do I need to make an account?

Correct, you must be logged into your Forum account when you go to click the download button.

im with MrJamin i have this problem when some one wants a suit they did not give me what suit or the budget or materials it cuts down on a lot of email if it is put out with the request.
