dose anyone know how to size a helmet?

You can check out Youtube. Their are several videos on how to size a Halo helmet which will be about the same. It looks easy enough. I just finished cutting the pieces out of Fallout helmet. 98 of the little buggers. took 5 hours. Just need the suit now.

The sizing goes by millimeters, so 1 centimeter equals 10 milimeters and go from your chin to the top of your head.
