Okay, well there seems to be a kind of check list for the introductions here but I kind of like being different, and I doubt anyone here will buy me lunch, so you wont need to know my favorite food. My name is Craig, im 20 and live in Virginia. I'm a film student and I came across this site thanks to the bit Skullcandy Girl did with Indymogul. I need some futuristic armor for a short film I plan to make so I checked this place out. I've settled on the ODST suit done by Skullcandy Girl and Belakor (which should look amazing, lovely work on this guys). Depending on how I feel about the build's progress I may throw up a production thread but will definitly post pictures of the final product. I've done some roaming on the forums and alot of you seem extremly knowlegable and I look forward to talking with you. I'm sure I'll need to pick quite a few of you'r brains before this project is done. So I guess thats all, I'll see you on the forums.

The reason I joined this site is that my son asked me to get him a Spartan Armor for Halloween. After looking online for hours I couldn't find anything, so I started looking in to making Halo armor and thank god I found this site. I know that there is no way I can make the Halloween deadline (I'll get him another costume in the time being), but I figured for his Birthday, in may, this would be a perfect gift for him.

Plans: Create a "game acurate" Master Chief suit from Halo 3 down to the last detail including, functional LED lights, durable boot treads, mirrored polarized visor and a molded black rubber self-cooling undersuit. I plan to make a suit that's not just plastic armor velcroed to a Lycra dive skin. I want my Spartan Armor to be something more real. As if it was worn by The Chief himself.
