ya i could but it wouldnt be nere as good as yours right now im making the assult rifle and ill post some pics about maybe tomarrow. The assult rifle is my first wood project but Thanks Lee oh and great job on it!!!

Started making the molds.

I will take a few of how I build a mold to follow.

Here is how I build a mold.

Here I build up a base and around the part with clay.


Here I cut cardboard with a gloss finish on the inside so the rubber wont stick and the hot glue it around the base.


Then fill in around the edges with more clay. Then use the butt of an exacto to make keys for second half of mold.


I use Rebound 25 and it is a 50/50 mix.


Pour in slowly until I get to the top of cardboard walls.


I will take more pics when I pour the second half of the mold.
