Props ME3 OMNI Blade

I made my friend an OMNI Blade for Christmas! I used 1/8'' translucent amber plexi glass. I fit it on a 3' by 2' sheet, broke a big piece and still have a ton of it left over.

Bending the plexi-glass too hard, broke it in half. Still had more plexi-glass to make a bigger one.

Painted the exposed parts with a frosting effect.

I agree with Popeanator Omniblade is awesome!! i was thinking of doing one myself as a gag on the halo armor.

I cut the plexiglass with a dremel tool. I originally made the design to have it fold back, but as I was building it, it would be hard to keep the original look so I just made it a one piece blade.

Thank you! haha At my local plastic supply store, I bought a 3' by 4' sheet for $48 with taxes. The bolts/screws were about $8. I had extra plexi-glass and screws at the end, even when I messed up on some of the parts.
