When assembled the chest file will be the same size as Timecon's mark VI chest piece. So big enough to fit any normal human.

If you look up Rundown he has the shins, sadly my 3ds Max expires in a couple of days... I won't be grinding anything more out until I get to college... if they still have it installed.

Alright guys the first post has been updated with all of the files. I am sorry to say these are all the models you'll see out of me until September when classes start back up and I have access to the computers. :/ Oh well, be sure to check out Rundown for more Mark IV files, he started on this before I did.

Ok guys I just wanted to give everyone a heads up about the gauntlets. Well the gauntlets are a bit too big with the settings as is so you need to put the height at around 272-282mm. Im 5'8",150 and I used 272. Another issue is the diameter of the top part of the gauntlets. Its a little to big. I tried to post some pics of what i mean, but all in all its not that bad. I could always pad them and integrate the padding to the under armor. In conclusion, the model is beautiful and the build is not too difficult. Good luck to those who take on this build and thanks again to Robby and Ben Streeper for giving this armor the attention it deserves.

Well, MajorPain I hate to ask you to re-unfold it, but if I grab the file real quick I can squeeze it skinnier. I think the whole thing is scaled too fat. Easy fix but it needs a whole new unfold. I really, really appreciate your help and you letting me and Ben know about this!

*Edit* Here it is. Please let me know if it is too slim!

Hey no problem. Give me a couple of hours. As for the size I really won't know until I built it. If you scaled the whole thing slimmer, i may have to increase the size in pep to get the wrist cuff to fit properly. Trial and error. No biggy.

Alright thanks! Have fun at your camp, if you don't mind I am not going to change the link until you see how it comes out. Since the current one works(kinda), I want to make sure that new version will work.

Model is built and looks way better in my opinion. Good work. One thing i noticed and this may just be due to my error somewhere, but 4 or 5 number sets don't match up. What i mean is there are flaps that may have 3 of the same number and 1 of another in which the single number is suppose to match 1 of the 3.

EX. 2---->2

2---->3

Hard to explain, but i know that is the case because i've built this model a few times now. Maybe the file just loaded wrong for me or something but i thought i should comment. Anyways, the scale was perfect for me at 280 so i say the build range should be around 280-300mm.

Here is a new link. I separated a part that was giving me a real problem during the build. Nothing serious, just wanted to make it easier.

I think I understand what you're saying about the tabs, but I have no idea how to fix it. Clean pep, I'm really excited to see it built! Thanks for posting it up here. Are you planning on making a progress thread and going through the whole thing?

It may have something to do with the remaining open edges.

Well i like to work in stages so once everything is pepped, i'll move on to hardening then smoothing. I think im going to try the smooth on method vice the glassing due to all the detail in the gauntlets but ill cross that bridge when i get to it. right now my house is in chaos in preparation for my move back to Texas. I was hoping to get my chest pepped before the move but it may be cutting it close.

stop right there sir.... you are moving back to TEXAS. I'm in beaumont, and robby's in houston. Tell me you're moving to southeast texas so we can all work on this build together

I may do a WIP thread, but i usually don't. I was hoping to get this ready for Hallow's Eve, but i understand that it takes time for you modelers to create art. Im just going to build as the models come out and i'll probably just post in the modelers thread. I know you guys like to see your art come to life.
