Most epic Movie / Video Game score

What's yours? The music that you just cannot stop listening to? The music that sends chills up your spine. That kind of score.

Mine is Transformers 1. I just cannot get over the awesomess of that score. Not the Transformers 2 score, though. Jablonsky REALLY dropped the ball with that one. But the first one is just pure gold. It's perfect. Absolutely perfect. I just can't get enough of it. This is the music that will get me to invest in a $5k audio system. The musicians put SO much soul into this score it's incredible. You can hear the passion, the aggression, the sadness in the music. Pure. Flipping. Gold.

My favorite video game score would be World of Warcraft: Cataclysm.
My favorite movie score is a three way tie between TRON Legacy, Avatar, and Sintel (Blender's latest open movie project. check it out, it's AWESOME!!!).

Well, the usual suspects.

Movies: Transformers (Arrival to Earth, Scorponok), Crimson Tide, Stealth (Pilots' Theme) if you're going after the cool-factor. But the top ones in my music library are actually The Heart Asks Pleasure First and (does circus music count? They do sell DVDs ) Alegría.

Games: Mass Effect (mainly part 2 Main Theme), Halo, and that's actually it. Can't think of any other games with good soundtracks (which is sad, I guess..).

prirates of the caribbean 3 has a surprizingly anamzing soundtrack. ive had several people tell me that they fell like they should be on some kind of epic quest. it makes the pepakura process epic

Full metal alchemist: sin
I think that one is particularly powerful for me because they only used it once during the series. They killed an entire city. Thousands of solders gone in an instant.

Agree about the transformers 1 score, was amazing.

The Island

The Thin Red Line. One of Zimmer's best work and you can instantly recognize and it will bring forth feelings of all kinds. Melanesian choirs. Very rare instrumental version below.

hands down the Pirates Of The Caribbean score. coincidently the final scene of the first movie is where Bring Me The Horizon got their name. i actually use that song when Im running for inspiration.

I don't know if this exactly qualifies but the band "Two Steps from Hell" has some of the most epic music ever.
They wrote the song for the ME2 trailer and also have worked on the movie soundtracks of many movies: Harry Potter,
Spiderman 3, 2012, UP and thats just a few of them.
One of my favorite songs is "Protectors of the Earth"
