MY FULL JORGE SUIT!!! WIP (will be pic heavy)

Hey guys, it has been awhile since my last update. Unfrtunately I have been sick for the past few days and haven't logged on. But I did get some bondo work done before I was ill. I smoothed the cylinder out a lot, and some more overall smoothing on the whole thing.

Ah, that sucks that you got sick, man. The work you did is super smooth though, from what I can see with the related picture. I'm gonna use your thread as inspiration for mine when I start sometime in the spring, I hope you don't mind :cool

Get better soon, and good luck with the rest of the suit! You've done really well so far and I love how much time you put into keeping the whole thing smoothed down, it's gonna make a helluva difference when it comes time to paint. Are you gonna do some dry brushing with silver and pit the bondo at all for battle damage or are you gonna make it look like it was just out of Dr.Halsey's personal collection?

Actually he is. Carter, Kat, Jun, Emile, and Noble Six were all Spartan-III's. Jorge WAS the only Spartan-II (on Noble Team that is)

Here is an update(finally) I was able to put a little bit of time in. Here what I have done: Bondo'ed the left shoulder. Cut the outer piece of it down some, it was to long. Got some more bondo work done on the chest(not sure if you can even tell in the pics, but it's there), and some on the back. The back is actually something to look at now so there is a pic. Again the back was from another file and I Frankenstein'ed them together. Also got some done on the side of the chest/back. Also some updates on the shin/boot.

The side, the collar will be highly changed when I get to it.

"silky smoothness" I like it. Yeah the changes are fairly small on the chest. But of course I have ti get it just right.

I added the poll to see what you guys think. I'm partial to Battle damage, but I want to see what you guys think.

Im personaly one for the battle damage no matter what the cost! Make it look like youve been to hell and back while still maintaining a clean sharp look, and you sir have got my attention! =D

EPIC SWEETNESS!! I like your bondo skills. I'm also working on a Jorge suit but not as far along as you. And like a previous guy stated, I hope my pieces come out as clean as yours. 2 thumbs up for super clean work! Keep it up!

I guess I have to look at something else to build.
