Thanks! I did a base coat of blue, did the blacks in acrylic paint, and dry brushed silver on the whole thing. I'm not sure if this is the technique Adam used or not, but it's the one I used.

Since NYCC is 4 days away, I figured I should take the suit for a little test run in my house. I think it went pretty well. I have also made some V2 pieces (i.e. forearms, boots, shins) since I wasn't happy with some of the pieces.

I also have painted a replica of the Halo Reach grenade launcher made by TheReconSpartan and I think it turned out pretty well!

Can't wait to see you all at NYCC!
