Wow that's a lot of bondo work that you put on your helmet. I didn't use any bondo I only used Elmer woodfiller on my Odst helmet.

yeah I definitely wouldn't recommend going the route I went, its very time consuming and takes alot of sanding. Not to mention the weight it added, However I plan on molding when I'm done so I've got a much lighter and durable finished product. I probably wont get alot of work done for a couple of days. I've got to try and fish out a piece of bondo out of my eye. flipped up in there even with safety glasses on. Feels like i got shot in the face with a plasma pistol.lol but after I get that figured out I'll be back at it.

Its coming along nicely. Sorry to hear about you're eye, you might need to get a set of goggles if you're throwing up that many chips.
