Great Work! !!! Could you send me a link to he materials you are using? I understand the foam for the subframe, but what are you using to wrap the frame? How are you getting it to look so smooth?

erm, how can i put this without being rude, erm, holly carp? thats about right.
this is amazing, the foam looks awesome, the way it is naturaly smooth is so useful, and far easier to manipulate than card.
i always have this theory that space marine aremour is impossible to make, as it is not modeled on real humans, but this, this is amazing, keep up the work, and good to see that you have started on weapons. so m any people forget to do them and end up looking silly, afterall, a spac marine without a gun is like chicknorris without a beard

about the foam im using
frame is made of yellow (in your country it can be pink, blue ore something like that), it is hight desinty and mostly used to insulate floor.
the whit foam is extruded polystyren, it mostly used making suspended ceiling, they come in 8 sheets 0,5m*0,5m size and about 4 mm thick. that foam already has its smooth surface

if you are using insulation foam (I assume based your pink description) how are you going to paint it without the paint eating the foam away?

Awesome, That kind of what I thought but just wanted to be sure. Are you planning to fiber glassing and bondo the pieces to make it all more stable? Here in Florida that Pink foam is easy to sculpt but not very sturdy.

i wont use a resin and bondo, because it is already stable, because it is soft it can take so damage without braking.
my foam is amost the same as that pink foam but about 2 times harder.

as for painting everything i probobly go with some water based glue, like white gue for paper (or something like that) ant then paint it.
because it is realy hard to get resin in my country.

any comments and critique would be apreciated

Holy crap, is it hard to move with all of that? It looks like Space marines have WAY more armor to contend with than SPARTANS
