is this across several pages or is the barrel broken up

From what I can tell, that is an error in the unfold process. The way this is layed out, your cut lines overlap parts of the model that are not supposed to be cut. I would suggest, if you have the ability to do so, going back into pep designer, and splitting the vertical lines between 2 and 3, between 3 and 4 and between 5 and 6, BELOW the offending parts. If you don't have the ability, well, cut on the solid lines and there will be some gaps to fill in, but it's not a total loss.

i have the pep folder open as i build the sniper. i just am not shure how to do what you just told me to

PVC pipe for the barrel, run it through the body for structure and glue the muzzle break to the end....less finish work
