I use Bondo's Fiberglass Resin (with Hardener). any half decent automotive store should carry it. I got mine at Canadian Tire (only for canadians!!! HAH!) for... i cant remember how much, shouldnt be over $30

If there isnt a CanadianTire near you then go to any hardware store and if your lucky they will have some (or they can tell you where to find some). Just ask for Fiberglass Resin

I actually used marine surface resin (that's the stuff I can get at work xp) it's been good to me so far but we will see when I use the fiberglass cloth on the inside

I've just finished Pep work on one of the shin/boot armor bits. just need the second one. To save us a bit of time sculpting, i might go ahead and make a helmet for that head of his

ok thanks,i am also canadian so i can get it easily, i also to know what is usually used to attach straps tho the armor because i have tried hot glue guns on other things before and they dont seem to like me the way i like them

you would use something like this http://www.strapworks.com/metal_hardware_s/17.htm. i would use quite a bit of super glue to make them withstand the tension. or even bend a thin piece of sheet metal and somehow get them on either side (that's the extremely tough way). then just get some straps http://www.strapworks.com/Straps_Tie_Downs_s/19.htm you can probably find some at pretty much any camping store.

Yeah that's the one I was talking about lol. Oh and I would try and use epoxy glue kinda difficult to work with but holds really well

Sweet looking good dude oh and as far as pictures I am working on uploading them I just fiberglassed the chest piece and I am about to redo the helmet just have to get more cardstock and ink lol I will getpics as soon as I can just need to get to my computer lol



As far as those items listed above thank you I might just use those gloves but don't forget the h harness for those of you who don't know what that is goole it I will post pics soon

Thanks, Unfortunately those gloves are out of stock right now, but i will probably wait it out, the are virtually perfect.

Aww I can't watch the video but I will later oh and I finished the iron man helmet I made for mylittle bro I will post them soon oh and I put fiberglass on my chest peice and primered it so now is the paint lol
