I was just wondering if there was another way to get the model files, like flattened out in a pdf format. I'd download the pepakura files, but a friend of mine got a bunch of viruses from that 4shared site not too long ago, and im just a cautious person. I'm not criticising or blaming anyone here, because it was totally unrelated in all ways but the 4shared website. I'm mainly interested in the Reach Magnum for starters. Any help would be appreciated.

Keep in mind that the original files were also downloaded from 4shared then converted to pdf, not to mention that the person's computer may have something lurking in there too. So if you take your fear to its logical conclusion, you'll have to avoid anything that requires downloading and in the end, you'll get nothing done.

Also, in terms of keygens/cracks, half the time they arent viruses even though the antivirus software thinks it is due to the fact that it's modified files. Listen to Ral Partha, from what he says, I know that he too is familiar with downloading and viruses and how to not get them.

The way i scale my armor is by taking body measurments of my self, for example, the helmet, just measure your head in cm and convert to mm.

Does anyone know if the unfolded Carter helmet is scaled to a normal sized human head? I'm probably not going to where it myself because I'm only 13 and my skull isn't finished growing. I want to make sure the helmet is pretty big so it will look like a full-sized helmet on my shelf.

I noticed that the visor and chin pieces look pretty small.

Dude I am 13, standard scale works for EVERYONE. period.
Also once you reach the age of about 12 to 14 your head is finished growing.

PS: why does your profile say you are 30?

Chill, please. I don't have pepakura designer, so I can't resize things. I was just asking if the helmet was to scale. I have no experience with pepakura, 3D modeling or building props.

My profile says I'm thirty because I just picked a random age. I can change it if it's that big of a deal. I'm sorry I came off as an idiot.

It can be taken the wrong way sometimes... like when you ask things like head size because you might say you are 13 but when you profile says 30 it could make you look like a spammer. You dont seem like an idiot, just confused... like all noobs to the 405th (not insult, proper name for new people here)

It's actually pretty easy to scale your helmet. Just measure from your chin to the top of your head (in centimeters) and add some more on to that. I think my final size was like 280mm or something? And which one are you building, Ruze's or A1TD's?
