Upgrading my MKV B suit

Alrighty.

I have printed the helmet out... but it's too small, It does fit but is a bit snug and my nose would definitely touch the visor, so I am going to re print it at 110% The holes for the screws were also very small at 100% and the size that was recommended seemed to big, but it should be a lot better at the larger scale.

So this larger scale is a lot better, the screws go in better, it fits better and it is roughly the same size as my RIZ helmet, I have the antenie to attach but I am LOVING the look of this helmet so much!!!

Got the smaller helmet sanded with 80 grit, I am also working on the larger helmet and some other things at the same time.

The small one I'm going to use some truck bed lining and see what that's like, Im probably going to paint it a brown or something, it won't be in my colour scheme, the larger one I will paint in my colour scheme.

There's still more to do, I need to go over with 120 grit, then filler prime most of the parts, but some of these do need filler before that.

I HAVE THE HELMET FILES !!!

So I have got the helmet files, there are a couple small thing that I'm wanting adjusting, ( but for the most part its done) including the front area with the 3 detail parts, I want it to have no back ( It goes to the inside of the helmet) so I can add a mesh and some helmet fans, The other thing Im wanting to do with this helmet is add some lights to it, This helmet doesn't actually have a lot of room on the inside so I'm not quite sure where to put the battery packs, but that will be a future thing to sort out.

I know I should work my way up when making armour, but I Really want to make the helmet !! but after I have got the helmet done I will work my way up, I can always make another helmet.

Dude…. That is genuinely some great stuff, I love how original it looks. Also excited to see the finished helmet on your instagram and on the forums!
