Very nice! I like the LED strips. But I would be a bit careful using those, unless you want your MC to end up looking like a Tron cross-over

Well that's what the chest looks like with the neon strip installed.
HOLY MOTHER OF... thats a sweet effect.. how did you fasten them?

I have been working on this for little over a month, I should be done by Halloween but I'm shooting for Friday. As for the neon tubing my neighbor works for a airfield fixing planes and he got me the tubing. There is the site he got it from http://www.avtek2.com/

So I took a few days off from taking pics so I could get some school work done so here are a few pics of I guess the poor mans strapping and padding. It fits quite well so there are no complaints from me lol.
The padding is a Foam Egg Crate you would put on a bed I got from Wal-Mart for 20 dollars. The clips are Dog collars from the dollar store, Much cheaper than 3 dollars a clip online.
The straps holding the COD to the front part of the chest is an old belt, The side supports of the chest are chopped up dollar store dog collars.
Some Velcro to attach the back half of the COD to the fount half. It allows for adjustment.
The bicep padded and yes another Chopped up dog collar.
The inside of my Helmet, The padding is just a foam egg crate you would put on a bed.
The back half of the chest where the other part of the dog collar is glued in.
