This is taken from Deadmau5 Facebook page, so don't flame him for putting something you think he did. Get your facts straight, and don't flame, and honestly, who cares if its in the picture? If it offended you, then you offended yourself, it was your choice to read it. Grow up.

And I think its best to make it from scratch, it wouldn't take as much time as it would with a pep file.

I would agree with StevePerv on peping something that big. You will have a heck of a time with peping something that massive and getting it not to warp. Plus you'd have to consider the weight factor after you glassed or rondoed it. Scratch building seems like a better way to try. Maybe with foam? It would make it a heck of a lot lighter.

I would say

1-Go to Toys R Us and get one of those giant rubber balls for the head, cover it in paper mache and then use some deck varnish to solidify it's shape. Pop it then cut out the mouth and eyeholes.
2- As for the eyes use 2 smaller balloons cut them in half and use the non-knotted part. Attach those with crazy glue.
3-The ears could easily be made by getting some of that rigid pink insulation foam from Home Depot using a hobby knife (I would cover this in paper mache as well) and a dinner plate to shape it out and glue it to the varnished paper mache with some Gorilla Glue/hot glue.
4-The mouth/visor part could be some sheer/white fabric that you can see through glued across the mouth-hole.
5-Then get some some royal blue and off white spray paint and go nuts!!!

All these things can be purchased by visiting just TWO locations. With a helpful volunteer to lend an extra pair of hands, I'm sure you can pull it off SilverD. Just post pics please and good luck.
