I will, it’ll be a few weeks before I start gathering everything but hopefully I can get started soon!thier is alot of really good recourses here to pull from as well as people to ask feel free to ask me anything. Good luck on your armor.
looks good, this armor is on my list to do at some point... i just have so many things going right now i dont want to over whelm my self.. but i like the way you are building your parts. Its sticking out a little bit but thats just because the back flaps need to be heated up and bent in ward to sit more flush on the chest but its done
Take your time, perfection is not achieved over night.Been a little bit since I updated. I fixed the recessed piece on the chest plate. I got a 3d printer and tested it with the power pack below the chest plate. Still need to cut the line across it with a dremel. Been a little busy so sorry about the lack of updates . Ill try and get the chest done in the next week or two .
Thanks. Im doing as best I can to try and stay as close as I can to the 343 guide. Due to a wee bit of lack of skill parts arnt all going to be amazing but I'm hoping to fix all my mistakes with detailing and paint lol. Also picking up some foam clay to hit all the bad seams.looks good, this armor is on my list to do at some point... i just have so many things going right now i dont want to over whelm my self.. but i like the way you are building your parts.

Great job on those sides.Got the side plates done with a bit of leather texture on the base. And the cummerbunds. Foamsmithing damn near done.
Thanks. Had to do a wee bit of custom adjusting from the template. And never used the aluminum foil technique for texturing but gives a decent result.Great job on those sides.
Fair enough and I do appreciate it.yeah as you keep using that technique you get better at it i made a foam belt and my son could not tell the differance with out touching it.. i am working on your gloves right now did not like the first one so i scraped it..
Looks awesomeQuick mock up of what I got done. Going to be getting more done today. Hopefully going to get a full test fit but that might be a bit ambitious.
