I think theres too many gaps in the shoe armor.

It all comes down to your preferences.
I think it's alright, because you can take a pair of boots and just put on the armor covers.

You guys haven't heard the news yet? The next OXM magazine will have Halo 4 info, it comes out March 21st. All Halo 4 info is currently on an embaro until March 5th. That means no info can be given out until March 5th.

There's going to be info released on the 5th about campaign and gameplay, because that's when the embargo ends. I'll try and find the link.

Just because a trailer shoes chief coming out of cryo in new armor doesn't mean it magically changed. 343 could simply be showing off the armor he gets later in game.
