Hello one and all . hacxor gave me a file a while back and it was a Carter helmet From REACH.
Its 3 layer thick PLA 0% infill. took 1.2 ish spools but I goofed and one part was 100% infill at some point !
I did managed to stop it really early on but just the mental math says
I know burned up loads on that goof. I am confident I can do one helmet on one spool . About 25 USD in plastic.

After I printed and put it together I used can foam to in some holes I made to stiffen up the helmet.

The visor is anti static bag. 10 bags for 9 bucks ..

If I have the time this next few months/Years , I wanna make all of NOBLE team's helmets. Just really for display.

1 spool is perfect.
How strong is it? Is it strong enough to wear, or only for display?

Looks great. I'm not sure if it would look better sanded. I kind of like the forged look.

I have grown fond of the lines to!
It kinda has a un finished look . more raw.
I mean I could up the rez and do 150 Micron Vs 300-400
