We could but everyone will say you should build your own helmet, and I agree. Read up on the stickies and work if you really want one.

This site is more dedicated to teaching and learning how to make armor, and not for buying and selling. While there are some people who sell base models of helmets, for the most part, if you want some armor, you make it yourself.
Not to mention, it would most likely be very costly to have someone make a finished helmet.

Best place to start if you want to make your own helmets here:
Pepakura (papercraft program) Download the viewer, not the designer.
Reach pepakura files (mostly all of the forumspepakura filesfrom reach)

I'm pretty sure he will need designer if he wants to scale the models larger or smaller.

Oh dear! NEVER download the viewer. In viewer, you are unable to scale the the pieces. You need pepakura DESIGNER in order to scale the pieces.
But as others have already said, Doden Mane, this is a place to learn how to build stuff on your own. The 405th is not a store.
It can also get VERY costly to have someone make it for you. The price that you would pay someone else for a finished helmet is about what you would pay to make a WHOLE suit for yourself.Doden Mane

That's what everything trying to tell you. We don't call it blue prints. It is a program called Pepakura and it print outs the blueprint that you can use to make a helmet.

Ah, so then you are looking for template files. Those can be found ALL over the site. The BEST thread to download the needed files would be here:

This thread contains almost ALL of the Reach armor files.
In order to actually size the pieces so that they are made to fit YOU, you need a program called pepakura designer. You should probably take the time to read the "stickies" and you can easily tell with threads those are because they say it in the title.
