Pep Help!!

Hey I have some questions about these designs off of pep. All help is greatly appreciated.

what do you need to know im new to this allo to but my first pep helmet came out good

I'v glued together the helmet which was fairly easy compared to the hand backs, but now I was going to start the torso part. The issue is the pep file has these support items in it. Is it entirely necessary I put those in or could I just glue the pep together without the supports in it.

it is good to use the supports the will keep you armor in shape... what i do is i use the supports till im done ress the outside then when it is dry take the supports out to do the inside these braces are helpfull
