lol unlike Reddeth, I don't have the attention span to read through 24 pages... XD
But I do have a couple questions.... Who's file did you use for the pilot helmet?

Cause I'm using's jtm1997's file, and it's now twice this helmet is giving me troubles.... First time I didn't touch the scale, thinking it was fine. But when I built it, it was huge; it doesn't even fit my 6'4" bf, even seems massive on him... So I scaled it down to I think like 10" for height or something like that, and I'm almost done building it, but it seems like it'll JUST fit my head; pretty much no room for padding or breathing... lol
So I'm curious, if you did use jtm's file, what did you scale yours at?

Every new update reminds me why this is one of my favorite WIP threads. You just keep pushing me harder every time man. Can't wait to see the finished product.

Looking good sir! I like the forearms. Just a tip for you if you care to know. Before you put the pop rivet in the foam, instead of "popping" it in there. Just take a pair of pliers and pry the "nail" part out of the rivet. That way you have an empty rivet in there as opposed to the broken off piece of nail. It looks more accurate and cleaner IMO. Again this is just me, you may like the other way :)

Looking amazing you definitely gotta be there for the meetup at Comic Con. I don't know when the exact date and time it is but will let you know by next week. Keep up the good work!!!!

How much was that giant foam roll and how thick would you say it is compared to EVA foam?, because I think I could add alot more detail to my foam armors if the foam was thin enough to cut with oversized industrial scissors and easier to work with.

You know, from what I've seen most people are more comfortable with certain parts of a build than others, for example I feel that I'm better at pepping and painting than I am bondoing, but you just seem to be so much into your element that you can master every facet of the craft. You can build models with foam and styrene, you can paint, you can bondo, you can even draw lol, and now you're trying your hand at vacuum forming. If there were ever a goal I'd like to reach it would be to even come close to the quality of work you do, which is truly inspiring to us all, thank you.

Sorry I really hate posting updates without replying back to anyone. Ill make time for that tomorrow. But here you guys/girls go.
