Want some constructive criticism? Not all parts of the face looks the same under the skin. The eye needs to be a hole; That kind of damage would just rip out the eyeball, leaving the socket behind. If you used a rubber mask, try just pushing the eye inside out, and paint it black. No gore inside at all, just a hole. It'll look a lot creepier than just a bunch of guts.
The mouth area would look better if you got some teeth behind the blood. Pick some fake ones up from the store, or use your own (My parents kept the teeth that I lost, I don't know if this is normal, though). If you arrange them in a grin, it'll freak people out a lot more than straight rows.
One last thing, The broken visor is a good idea, but I think you should change the top left shard, above the intact eye. It's angle makes the guy look sad, which eliminates the creepiness.
Good overall effect though!
