This has got to be one of the most accurate sizing of master chief's suit!

hey! thanks for the positive feedback!
my trick for the size is all illusion. like i said, i'm only 6'3 and i'm skinny as hell. the first thing i did was make platforms inside the boots out of wood and foam. this added a good 7inches to my height. then i put a rubber sole on the boot adding another inch, and finally, the helmet added 2 inches making me 7'1 all together. the rest is all padding!
in fact the big downside was with all of the padding and reinforcement, my suit weighed 150lbs. that happens to be my body weight so walking around as a 300lb'er was definitly an experience
But anyway, thanks again for the encouragement. there are more projects on the way!

While I would have no problem walking around and looking that BAD@$$, I would have a problem with how insanely hot it must get inside that. Although you have the advantage of being up north so it doesn't get quite as hot as down here in Cali. Nevertheless, awesome suit!
