1st Build First Reach themed Build

Finished the second! As you can see there is a difference in sizing due to running out of filament. The first will be finished with bondo. I'm also digging the white, might be a main color for build?

I would actually suggest splitting the model to print the last little bit left, printing it out, gluing it on and blending it in with the rest. I haven't worked with Bondo but I've worked with other body fillers, and I think you'll have a hard time stacking enough of it up, then continiously refining its shape.

I may give that a whirl

I'd second this. That much bondo would be liable to break or just fall off. I had the same issue with one of my thigh prints and printing out the remaining portion worked very well. If it ends up being too much you can literally remove a layer at a time to get what you need.

I've followed your guys suggestion and it came out perfect! Thanks again.

Forearm one and right shoulder completed! Feels good to get this arm done in a week. Even after ordering more filament. All that's left is forearm 2, and wrists, then it's on to lower half. I'm going to look pretty yoked.

Keep those and compare with the torso, the Security shoulders are large in universe and based on the sizing of your bicep it looks pretty close.

Besides the forearms, the thighs might be one of my favorites that I've printed so far. Second one should be done by Thursday! And they pair well with the calves, I still have flexibility and can sit down.

Just an update. The leg is finished, currently finishing up the waist then on to the boots and resized EOD. But I first need to recalibrate the voltage on the x,y motors due to them over heating. I was going to make a neck cover to add flair but that was a mess. I'm going to use a foam belt to hold the waist together and be the anchor for the legs. Going to start paint this week as well!

Getting some painting done. I was inspired by halo infinite scorpion punch arm, so I decided to do that as well! And I've decided to go green instead of black for the base armor, might throw in white calves/ boots. Still a lot of prep to do and weathering. Had a scare with the chest coming a part in some spaces as it was drying. Fix them though.

Got the bicep strapped in. Slowly but surely! Next is bicep padding and undersuit to hide straps and velcro to hold up forearm. I will say that the John Deer tractor green is brighter than anticipated, may have to look for the darker ranger green.

So I might go back to the black/ gun metal look. I've seen other reference pics and I'm digging how much the red pops out next to the dark. What colors did you guys that went dark use? I got black spray paint but that's just too dark. I'm looking for color similar to the game and this artwork.

Boot looks more like a pauldron lol. It seems larger than what I had on Armorsmith. I thought it went well together, I don't have any of my calves here at the moment so I can't compare. Is this a good size? I could lower the height because I still need to add the cover. I won't print the back half yet.
