Honestly, I'm getting it because I want a hard copy of that Halsey Diary. And, I really really want that awesome-looking McFarlane statuette.

3- I have to have the Halsey diary and artifacts (10$ bet on it being that crystal that she and the Spartan-II's found in that cave on Reach)

I just pre-ordered Legendary from Gamestop for in-store pickup! when I said Legendary the dude was like "You must be a big fan." and I wanted to say somethin cool like, you dont even know the half of it, but instead I said "yeah I'm making the armor from the game to pick it up in..." how lame am I? He got a pretty big grin... he must be a fan too! Or he was laughing at me...

I thought that crystal was destroyed... I mean it blew up! And if it was OK wouldnt it be mentioned in Ghosts of Onyx? just my 2 cents... actually I'm gonna start a new trend... just my 3 in size 3 cents

limited edition instead of legendary simply because i prefer to get the whole halo reach figure line instead of the statue and im not in love with the idea of paying 150+ for something that in 6 months ill probably find at future shop for about 60$ since its french and no body wanted the french edition, so ill wait and pick it up later this year or next year instead like i did with the halo 3 legendary

As I said before, I think those that really want to buy the Legendary edition will do so at the outset of it's release. Those that aren't as interested in the accessories...won't. It's as simple as that.

Well, let me just tell you, the statue is a VERY limited edition piece made by a very famous artist. A few months after the release of halo reach, youll be able to make some good money off it, even if you dont want the statue. I was told you'll be able to make more money than the game itself is worth. The legendary package that is.

Let's just hope that what happened to the H3 Legendary Helmet doesn't happen to the statue... I bought it for a lot of money on release date. My local Gamestop sold the helmet 3 months later for 10$.

There's nothing official yet, but rumor has it that the "Statue" is actually the figures from McFarlane removable and fully posable. We have a large image of the Legendary edition and we all at Gamestop took notice of it "up close" so to speak. If that's the case then it would be worth the buy considering at their cheapest, the figures would sell $9- $15 a piece. However, I'm not hanging my hat on it, yet, we'll just have to see I suppose.
