Jester 1014: Combo Pep Build

IT's my Gouf 2.0 manual,
An when you size that suit, go a few sizes bigger and add padding to your boot soles. Fully thinking about articulating an ODST plate into the 3 piece set-up.

It appears it was no Zaku. No Zaku...

Well, you gotta figure with the messed-up proportions that Gundams have, and I'm trying to retain, I'll likely stand 7 or so feet in it, not counting helmet. I'm 5'4" on a good day.

I lolled. In any case, I'm going to be scaling it up so it retains proportion with SOME wearability by my human figure. According to my eyes, if I make the thighs fit my thighs, the torso will fit my torso, and then, it's just extended legs and forearms. If I'm lucky, anyway. For now, I focus on the Ez8 arm and Shiro costume.

Sometimes, I like going back to soft costuming. It's easier on the body.

Try making just the hole you put your leg in first, if your leg goes through, make the rest, thats what i do with my armor, waste less material.

Oh, I know. I'm doing that first this time. Before everything on the thigh fit, (nakedly) but with the inner thigh and an undersuit, It was way too small. This upsize is looking more promising though.

It's going to be a total of 10 pieces rather than 30 like last time.

I di however manage to get the pistol to 90 % complete, all thats left is the Trigger and Front sight set-up. Then Paint.

Ok So I've made more progress on the Pistol tonight. I'll probably do Fat-hi's Socom for my next one.

Finished the front sight. Don't really know if I'll add the trigger or not. Still needs paint.

AWESOME!!!! Though the Magnum's clip is shorter, usually right under the handle. The long clips are the one in CE, 2, 3, ODST....STILL AWESOME!!

Well the clip is to length for the reach pistol, I just have it slid out partially for effect. I tried to use th pep as a template but the failed miserably. Most of this is scratch built.

Bought a hot glue gun today and I'm going to give it a try for glueing this new thigh. The resin glue is starting to have a downfall in this cold weather.

Ok, I've been working on my new thigh and I have to say that I'm very pleased with this one outcome. I still have 3 more pieces to cut out, but I have condensed and joined most of it together in pep to make larger templates. so for this thing is only 15 pieces instead of 43. Here are the pics of what I have so far.

I'm actually trying out and likeing this hotglue method compared to the Resin Glue.
