I thoroughly enjoyed the campaign and enjoyed nearly every aspect of it.
UNSC AI sucked while the elites where (mostly) very intelligent.
My lone wolf mission kinda sucked because There was no one around and I saw the random barrels so naturally I walked up to them and beat them. WU-BAM cut to me throwing off my helmet, surrounded by elites. (they musta been invisible)
Also insofar as brutes in the campaign I never liked the brutes but was very happy that they were not nearly as good as the elites.
Also Also, on Kat's death just before that cut-scene (if I remember correctly) you see a large beam in the background a covenant excavation laser, and Kat reports the spike in radiation.
Also also al-oh nevermind
The legendary ending (or lack thereof) was disappointing but I heard someone say something about using all the skulls
My theory is not dying on Heroic or higher as there are avatar awards + achievements for doing that on several missions.
And back to Kats death it looked like a skirmisher with a NR to me.
That's my two cents
