Reach Spartan+SRS99AM Rifle Build

All good! Its not full undersuit. Its multiple pieces filling the empty space between armor parts so heat won't be as much of an issue.

Torso piece that sits inside the hard torso
Elbow sleeves and knee sleeves
Inner thighs
And then a lower abdomen front and back with crotch and butt

Makes sense, I'm doing similar things

So not much of an update but yeh... all molds besides the torso (front/back/left/right) and ab/lower (front and back) are printed and can be cast from.

The ones that aren't done were partially printed but its only causing issues. Split them in Bambu.... used the peg system which lead to alot of alignment issues. Had to scrap them.

So now there's options...

Cast and Sell some of the necks, elbows, knees and shoulders...
Buy a bigger printer.
Reprint without the peg system which should help with alignment ironically.

But I have reached the point where I have wasted too much money on the project to stop but also to continue.

Stuffs fcked.

Project might get sold. Might be continued at a later point. Wasted 2.2k.

Tried to get the urethane to work but it just wouldn't. Got the molds figured out now. So I will continue making the molds but beyond that I have lost the motivation for the project.

Lots of setbacks on this project

First the traditional molds failing then we had the urethane crisis.

Switching to Dragonskin. No idea when the undersuit will be done but I found setting myself a deadline for personal projects leads to frustrations.

Pretty much all but the back mold are printed. I need to finish filling the seams and then sand them flush. Then bedliner.

If I ever make molds like this again, I am buying a bigger printer.

The sniper won't get made for a while and has been sold. (Especially cause the cons I plan to attend with the Spartan are a little iffy on props)

As always, commissions are open and once i perfect the molds the undersuits will be available in limited numbers (also individual parts like the neck)
