I decided to do a fun quarantine project with the 144 sq ft of harbor freight I happened to have sitting around so my custom spartan was born! Playing Reach on PC again really brought back the desire to be my own spartan.

So far I have the shoulderpads, biceps, chest, and abwrap are complete! The chest was an absolute pain and probably took a week just by itself (the back sucks). I also decided to do a foam abwrap as an experiment and I think it might work out?

There weren't any unfolds for the Reach ammo pouch so I went ahead and modelled it for both 3d printing and foambuilding! The foam version is meant to be usable where the printed one does not have functionality. I'm giving the files out for free however please do not use these for commercial purposes. (aka don't sell prints or something like that).

I usually grab a few packs whenever foam is on sale at Harbor Freight and I have the spare cash... it's certainly paid off lol

Pouches have been made and attached to the chest using magnets! Shoulderpads are also properly mounted on the biceps (with magnets). I am now dreading the start of the forearms

Grabbed it from the 405th discord. I believe the file should be going into the armory soon

Progress time! Lots to report, JFO helmet (File from TurboCharizard) is complete with both attachments! I've also completed the thighs and soft pouch. It's a 200rd SAW magazine pouch that I'll eventually add more straps and the y buckle onto. Finally the forearms are complete, one being the tacpad (also from Turbo) and the other plain. I'm going to need to cut out a bit of the opening and add some elastic as my gloves make it a tight fit.
