sounds pretty close ...i never done fibreglass before i just resined my armour first ....(thats when my bro burned it) but i know enough that you need the liquid hardener, resin and fiberglass mat to actually do the fiberglassing...(although i believe i had polyester resin....not polyurethane, but im not sure)

and good luck with the fibreglassingi have a boat shop near me that throws out unwanted fibreglass mat ....i might be able to get some

...I hope that I will continue on this project... Cuz at the moment it doesn't seem like it's gone anywhere... I don't want to have started it and just left it like that... And I don't want to have second thoughts on how it looks...

no way man ive dropped many many projects before an i regret doing so ....keep working (i mean , come on, it's the master chief your building
) so keep it up ...and if you work hard and take your time it will come out awesome

I got resin... But since Ace closed at 5:00 I couldn't get a respirator and goggles... Cuz I forgot to check at Menards when I was there...
