Im not a big fan either. To me its too hard to see if there are new posts in a topic, hard to find things, and alittle hard to navigate the topics.

Also, I miss having the attachment option available when editing a post...oh well, I can still manage without it.



It's a little odd having our interests listed on the side.

I like a few of the features but so far it hasn't made up for the confusing new theme, also I guess I will have to wait until the color scheme is worked out then maybe I can better justify my like/dislikes.

Give me back the old-fashioned "Inbox/Sent Items" boxes any day. It was a whole lot easier to keep track of things instead of one big muddled list of "conversations"... It doesn't seem to make any sense, it looks like whenever someone replies to a PM, they now become the "conversation starter". It's like the conversation is starting from scratch even though it obviously says "RE:" in reference to the previous string of messages. Maybe it's another bug from the conversion. It's also a shame that none of the formatting for "Quotes" survived the migration process...

*EDIT* Got it (or at least I think so). It looks like it was just a problem with the import/conversion of the old messages and I couldn't figure out the new functionality based on that bad data. It appears that it basically archives the whole conversation as its own "child-board" with the last response used as the new header...

I'm trying to be positive, I really am...

What it does is it shifts the old message up to the top when you get a reply and you click on that 'new message' and it shows the Opening message, the response, etc. Here, I'll send you a message and we can do a few back and forth, I have a question for you anyway.

Sorry to say but I really miss the old forum yesterday hahahaha. the words are to bright, I got blinded almost to death when i logged on.

I hope this wasn't too harsh, its just not what I expected. Please bring back the last style of the forum...besides it was a lot easier.

Well the only issue I have so far is, my PM box... I can't reply to any Pm's.. what's up with that?

I really like the new look, its nice and modern. The only complaint I have is that some of the text is a grey that blends into the dark blue background too well. This happens in the profile box at the top right corner and in the profile pages/settings quite a bit.

Other than that I'm loving the facebook crossover, as well as the updated blue/ black/ yellow scheme. There are a few differences that are awkward for now, but I will gladly adjust for the nice modern look of the forums.

That is because 'PMs' are now more like 'IM's' Your send a message to someone, and it acts like a new topic, and you can have up to 3 more people join in, I'll send you a PM or 2 so you can see what I mean.



Well I tried that, but it says;



The member cannot receive any new messages



Your inbox may be full.

Any idea what that could mean? It happened with the 'Ultimate Iron Man Thread' and 'Dare Recon... painted like Dare' Topics. I haven't tried anyother topics yet, but I think it's gonna keep happening to me...



And I'm also having a problem with the PM system.
