I went in and started taking some pics, they're in that first gallery of mine, some decent ortho type shots of Carters helmet in there so far. Typical though, the ones I really wanted of Kat's arm were the ones that never uploaded! Did anyone else notice the size of the Jorge chest perm? It's freakin' huge!





Edit: Trying to get more prosthetic arm shots now and I've noticed something, it looks like the arm is actually inside the regular Spartan arm and in some cases is clipping outside the regular arm... weird.

There should be WAY more than that. I took lots of pics for the female reference since I noticed that the armor DOES IN FACT look different on the female body than it does on the male.



Also, how do I delete some of my Reach screenshots? Is there maybe a limit as to how many screenshots we can upload?

There's no limit on how many go into your Recent Screenshots, but it will only show 30 at a time. Newest ones go to the top and the older ones get bumped off.



You can also upload a single one at a time to your File Share (press X for options when looking at a screenshot and Upload to File Share) but that only holds 6 at a time. Then you have to go to Bnet, download your 6 File Share screenshots, delete them on Bnet, go back to the 360, upload 6 more... it's quite a hassle.



I've found that if I only do 10-15 screenshots at once, and then do as Belakor suggested and view them in the Settings menu, you can watch them upload. I don't think I've had any problems since I started doing that.



On an unrelated note, updated this image this morning, now contains all 15 known helmets:

I managed to get back in last night and got a few more of the arm uploaded, put them in that set I posted in the pep files thread which I'll relink here





I think we should have a pretty decent set of references with all these combined

Now I just have to model the thing and see what I can do about animatronics...



Grabbing more of the new armour pieces while I'm in there too, once I've got all I think are needed I'll look at uploading them here but in the meantime they'll all be up on my Reference account on Flickr.



I don't think I have any work to do today other than Mjolnir so I might try modeling some of these new shoulder perms, I need an excuse to try out this new Wacom

I got some more reference shots. Mostly tried to focus on the stuff for the female models since you guys seem to mostly be focusing on the guys. I also think I got some good shots of the prosthetic arm as well.

Did you see this post by Ruze a little way up?

I don't know in-game what causes the glitch, I went through all my own games and it didn't happen in any of them.

You can download the vid from the link I gave though, it will DL to your 360 the next time you play the Beta and you can open it up and move the camera as you would any of your own movies.

-Open http://www.bungie.net



-In the upper right hand corner, you'll see

Already have a Windows Live ID? Sign in



-Click on Sign In, and login to your Xbox Live account.



-Now follow this link to the video:

Graveyard Video



-And underneath the description of the video it's got Download next to a big arrow. Click on that.



-Next time you start up the Reach beta on the 360, it will appear in your Active Downloads in your files, and when it finishes it will be available in your Local Files in Theater.

We're not actually replicating the glitch but just viewing the video of that glitch by whoever originally did it



@ HaloGoddess: Those are some good shots of the arm! Thanks for posting them I was looking for a good shot of the female model but got distracted and forgot what I was doing until just now I was hoping there would be a good overall shot of both models to compare all the differences but no luck so far...

I'm not sure if they are in existence already... if so, can you re-direct me? It' trying to get a side, front, back and top view of the Emile EVA helmet. I'd do it myself, but Don;t even own a 360... If you can pull that trick, can you try to get those? And while you're at it, can you get a side and top view of emile's shoulder? Thank you very much.

I didn't realize the Beta was this time constrained, so I just ordered ODST yesterday. Would you happen to know if I will still be able to download the glitch movie if it doesn't arrive on time? That's pretty much all I want.
